Revlis Jewelry Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Revlis Jewelry accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will void eligibility.

Non‑Returnable Items

Custom pieces, engraved items, and made‑to‑order designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
